Confused??

Does anyone else have this lil issue in their schools?

I got a phone call last night from a friend she was TICKED off. She told me that her child got in trouble for washing her hands in the bathroom. Turns out the teacher wants them to use Germ~ex only. No water no paper towels. Aren't paper towels CHEAPER than Germex? Water in our area don't cost an arm and a leg, thats gasolines job.

I'm speechless. So makes for a really short post.
